It usually starts with a catalog request or a brief message about your project. I'll share the relevant collection, we discuss terms, and if there's a fit, I send a licensing agreement. The process is straightforward and doesn't require a long back-and-forth.

All patterns are delivered in scalable vector format .ai by default, with additional formats such as .psd or .pdf available upon request. I can also provide files based on your required layouts or dimensions.

Once the agreement is signed, files are typically delivered within one or two business days. Customizations such as color changes and scale adjustments may add a few days depending on complexity.
